New Patriotic Party Supporters Angry With Party Decisions



Angry Supporters of the New Patriotic Party approached to the party headquarters where committee Executive has gathered to discuss the general elections 2016.

Their main priority for the meeting is to have an early congress to select the presidential nominee for the 2016 elections.

This point to be debated before the other national executive member being elected.

But most of the supporters are angry with the leaders to hold the early congress.

A group of supporters that gather around the New Patriotic Party headquarter have firm believe about Akufo-Addo, NPP’s 2012 to win in the 2016 election.

Armed Police has been called to keep the crowd under control.

Beatrice Adu, speaking to Joy News, “We want our party to go through polling station election, constituency election, go through regional election, subsequently national and then we will have our national and then presidential primary.” Read more
